These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your registration and participation in events hosted by Sanus Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including online workshops, webinars, and related sessions (“Event(s)”).

By registering for or participating in a free Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and attend.

2. Registration

By registering, you consent to receive event-related communications from us.

Your participation is not transferable without our prior consent.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event at our discretion. We will notify registrants by email in such cases.

4. Event Content & Disclaimer

Event content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

Participation does not establish a client–coach relationship unless a separate written agreement is signed.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from attending the Event. Any reliance on information is at your own risk.

5. Participant Conduct

We expect respectful participation. We reserve the right to deny access or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, recordings, and resources are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, share, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your participation in the Event. Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.

8. Privacy & Data Use

By registering, you agree that we may collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, email) to manage your registration, provide Event updates, and send follow-up communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
