- For client data: up to 2 years after your last session

- For email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion      

We will securely delete or anonymize your data when no longer needed.      

6. Marketing and Communication We may send you emails or texts about coaching updates, tools, or offers only if you have given us explicit consent.

- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email

- Replying “STOP” to any SMS
